“Let Me Hear You Scream,” the first single off of Ozzy Osbourne’s latest album Scream, is on top of the Mainstream Rock chart.  According to Billboard.com, this marks Ozzy’s second number one on the chart, his first coming with “I Don’t Wanna Stop” in 2007. 

Scream, which came out last week, is excepted to sell around 70-thousand copies, less than half of what Ozzy’s previous effort, Black Rain, sold in its first week in 2007.
