Ozzy Osbourne has opened up more about the death of his fellow Black Sabbath singer, Ronnie James Dio.  The rocker told Canada’s QMI Agency that after he heard of Dio’s stomach cancer diagnosis, he sent some encouragement.  The Prince of Darkness had experience with the disease since his wife Sharon recently survived colon cancer and he told Dio he could too.  Then, when Ozzy ran into Ronnie’s Heaven & Hell bandmate Vinny Appice at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards show last month, he told Vinny to tell Dio to “keep up the fight.”  Ozzy went on to say that while people thought he and Ronnie were at war since Dio replaced him in Sabbath, Osbourne explained it’s been 30 years since then so all was well.  Read more at OttawaSun.com.
