Today, Pete Townshend turns 65 years old.  The Who guitarist has been making music for nearly five decades now and amazingly, even his earliest work is still relevant and popular today.  Pete explained why he thinks that is.  The rocker went on to describe how he’s pretty pleased with his voice.   Townshend also told us how he might be best known for his music, but he’s done a lot so far during his lifetime.  Pete is now retirement age and, because he’s been suffering from tinnitus, he might have to considering calling it quits.  While the legendary musician hasn’t made any announcement about his future, he did say he will give up music if the ear issues don’t let up, and they haven’t yet.  Stay up to date with Pete at TheWho.com.
