Yesterday, we reported that the Rolling Stones are considering performing one of their classic albums in its entirety on an upcoming tour. To get to the truth on the matter, we went straight to the source and asked guitarist Keith Richards about the rumor. Here’s what he said.
“Oh no, that is where it belongs, a rumor.”
On Tuesday, Keith, Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts were in New York for the premiere of Stones in Exile, the new documentary about the band’s time creating their iconic record, Exile on Main Street. The deluxe re-issue of that album comes out on Tuesday.
- Jimmy Fallon, Lost’s Evangeline Lily, designer Tommy Hilfiger and Saturday Night Live cast members Will Forte, Kristen Wiig, Jason Sudekis and Fred Armisen all also attended the premiere.
