FROM WWW.CLASSICROCKMAGAZINE.COM:
Jethro Tull and Rick Wakeman are to perform at a concert to mark the 65th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe.
The show takes place on May 10 at London’s Royal Albert Hall.
Besides Tull and Wakeman, the line-up also features non-Classic Rock attractions such as Russell ‘The People’s Tenor’ Watson, actor Jeremy Irons and Iosif Kobzon, who apparently is Russia’s answer to Frank Sinatra.
The event will raise money for the British Red Cross.
