The New York Historical Society has a new exhibition and it features materials from the Grateful Dead’s archive.  The exhibit, aptly called The Grateful Dead: Now Playing at the New York Historical Society, is the first large-scale exhibition of the band’s memorabilia and celebrates the group’s relationship with NYC.  Text pressings, album covers, backstage passes, guest lists, contract riders and merchandise will all be on display through July 4^th.  Learn more at NYHistory.org.
