Bassist Dave Ellefson is back with Megadeth. Ellefson was one of the founding members of the band, but left the group when it disbanded in 2002.  The rocker told us about the days leading up to Megadeth breaking up seven years ago.

“It was weird because I remember on the last tour, all of the sudden, as big as it was and as cool as it was and record deals in place and everything ready to move forward, I really had this feeling like this is the last one and this is gonna be it and then a few months later, Dave [Mustaine] called me up and that was it.” 

With Ellefson back in the band, Megadeth is on the road with their Rust in Peace 20^th Anniversary Tour.  They play in Calgary, Canada tomorrow night.  For all the band’s dates, head to Megadeth.com.
