In 2005, Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett put his California house up for sale for 12.5-million dollars.  Well, according to TheFrontSteps.com, there is now a buyer for the home.  While the final sales price is confidential, the nine-thousand square-foot, eight-bedroom house was most recently listed at nine-million bucks.  TheFrontSteps.com has photos of the pad.
